Great Service, Great Price, and Great Food.
I went in Mathis brothers Ontario today looking for a small desk. I found one in the clearance area I liked. I had many questions regarding this desk and a salesperson ( Viviano ) answered all my concerns. No pressure. He let me think. Well I went shopping to the Mills Mall. Nothing but people and crowds. I went back to Mathis and found Viviano, he remembered me and knew the exact desk I wanted. I then went to the Bistro and enjoyed and rested while my furniture order was completed. (Also the girl waitress/cashier in the Bistro was absolutely the best. Kind , friendly and informative. I mean Really... eats and drinks and a nice place to relax and think at a furniture store.... How great is this)? My overall experience today was great and Viviano I want to personally thank you. Oh and I forgot... the price $$ was great.

Excellent Customer Service
Another great experience at Mathis Bros. We started in the clearance section and received excellent customer service. We then went to the upstairs area where Manny helped us. He was incredibly patient and thorough, included helping us see if there were clearance mattresses matching what we liked. At no time did we feel high pressure sales nor the upsell technique...although we did that one our own! Prices were competitive and the extras included helped. Payment and checkout was a breeze. Thanks again Manny.

Excellent Service as Always
I have been shopping at Mathis Brothers for years. We built a new home 4 years ago and I joke that I decorated my 4600 sq. Ft. home with the clearance section at Mathis. Of course I didn't, but I did find many great items and always with the help of Andy Padilla. We have recently decided to rent out our home and purchased a new one. The rental house needed a few new items and the new home will need all new furniture as well. My first thought was Mathis Bros. and Andy Padilla. As usual he was there to help , always happy, kind and genuine. To me Andy Padilla is Mathis Bros, they could not ask for a better person to represent them.
