The Yosemite dining collection recreates the improvised, utilitarian look of early 20th century factory furniture. Rough-hewn planks crafted entirely from solid pine bear the characteristic saw marks, dents, pits, and random knots of logs milled on the steam-powered circular and sash saws of the era. A rustic black pine finish balances transparency and opacity to showcase these natural imperfections. Exposed bolts, hammered metal pulls and cross-braces evoke the ingenuity and earnestness that characterized the turn of the century.
Built with convenience in mind, the Yosemite dining table is offered in rectangular and round configurations. Each design is constructed with an leaf extension and features mortise and tenon joinery, tongue and groove table top framing and angled cross-bracing. Dining chairs are available with upholstered and wood backs, and feature solid wood legs, individual nail head trim, linen upholstery and full web suspension for hours of dining comfort. The sideboard completes the collection with three levels of storage behind glass-paneled doors and three spacious drawers with hammered metal bar pulls, ball bearing glides and English dovetail joinery.
Equally suited for an industrial downtown loft or a suburban farmhouse, the Yosemite dining collection blurs the lines between contemporary and rustic. The collection's black pine finish works well with concrete or dark hardwood floors and plush neutral or bold rugs. Zinc metal accents complement nickel or chrome kitchen accents and contrast well with bronze color tones. - Please keep in mind that natural wood must breathe and is affected by environmental conditions. Expect to see shrinkage or expansion and plank movement over time. These are normal occurrences that will not affect the structural integrity of the piece. With proper care, this solid wood furniture product should last for generations

Return Policy
All requests for returns or exchanges must be communicated to Mathis Home within 7 days of receival of this product. All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Sheets, mattress protectors, mattresses, box springs, pillows, comforters, mattress protection products, rug samples, and rug pads are not eligible for return. Custom items or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once ordered.
Any damage or defects to the product will be covered by the manufacturer, and an exchange for a new product will be created. If the product is no longer in stock or available from the manufacturer, a refund will be issued to the consumer once the damaged product has been returned.
For all change-of-mind returns, a non-refundable return fee of 15% of the item price shall be applicable, regardless of the return method. In the event that the return is made directly to a Mathis warehouse by the consumer, no freight charges will apply, and only the 15% return fee will be retained. Should the consumer request pickup services or a return shipping label, the consumer shall be responsible for both the applicable freight charges and the 15% return fee. Custom-ordered or made-to-order items shall incur an additional 10% restocking fee.
All returned items must be shipped back to the manufacturer in either the original packaging or similar packaging to prevent damage.
Once refunded, credits will be applied to the consumer's account. This can take anywhere from 3 to 12 business days, depending on the consumer's bank.
